Enjoy Snow Adventures at Private Laivala Adventure Park Laivala Adventure Park is a private snow adventure park where you can experience a wide variety of winter activities. Located about a 10-minute drive from the center of Ranua, the park is set in a beautiful lakeside landscape. Upon arrival at the meeting point, our guides will welcome you, and you’ll reach the park by a snowmobile-pulled sled. The sled ride takes you through stunning Lappish forest, marsh, and lake scenery. The park showcases diverse forest types, from rugged spruce stands to beautiful lakeside birch groves. Activities include snowshoeing, ice fishing, a sledding hill suitable even for the youngest family members, an ice track for kicksledding, and a traditional Finnish "napakelkka" (carousel sled). During the experience, you can warm up in a historical and atmospheric lakeside cabin. We also serve a hearty campfire lunch featuring local delicacies. Duration: Approximately 3 hours.
